Tezmak began its activities in 1960 with hydraulic press and machinery manufacturing, and continued in screw, bolt, and nut production. By the 1980’s, the company became the leader in the fastener industry in Turkey by having a 90% market share.

In 2000, a joint venture was formed between Tezmak, the leader in the Turkish fastener sector, and Ejot Gmbh, one of the largest screw manufacturers in the world. Tezmak’s knowledge and experience in the Turkish fastener industry combined with Ejot’s know-how, patents, and quality certificates, enable the Joint Venture Ejot Tezmak to rapidly grow.

All screw producing process (Wire drawing, Press, Tread Rolling, Coating, and Heat treatment) is made in EJOT TEZMAK’s plant. 

Ejot Tezmak is the only screw producer in Turkey, who has the ISO  9001-2000 quality certificate.

EJOT TEZMAK is one of the five plants where 6.000.000.000 fasteners are being produced in one year. EJOT TEZMAK is the market leader of the screw industry in Turkey, and its exports are rapidly growing every year due to EJOT’s sales office in 24 different countries.
