The company is producing Animal Glue and Technical Gelatine from animal fleshing It is the second biggest producer in Europe with its second factory completed in Gonen, Balikesir, during the last quarter of 1998. The Headquarter is located in Istanbul, the business centre of Turkey. 90% of the production is being exported to several countries in the world. 

Technical Gelatine is an environmental friendly organic product. Therefore, it is being preferred in developed countries especially where recycling or health issues are important. Its main application areas are tobacco, paper, woodworking match making, graphic arts and bookbinding industries as well as label, game board and puzzle production. Sel can serve most of these industries as a result of its flexibility in production. The products, in a wide range of different specifications, are produced with strict quality control.
