Since its establisment in 1960, Yıldız Vida has been Turkey's largest and one of Europe's largest screw producer. Yıldız has primarily focused on manufacturing wood screws, further been one of the most recognized brands in 1960s acknowledged with its own brand and the "little yellow box" image created.

In 1970s, the Company has deployed its cold wire drawing plants and operated in tempered wire production. Yıldız Vida, rendering services as one of the most reliable firms in the market, has transferred its high-tech equipped wire drawing plant to sister company Ejot-Tezmak A.Ş.

Today, Yıldız runs the management and real estate activities of companies operating under Tezman Holding.
